I mean, people pay more for a body and seats in all cars.
Porsche charges less to take crap out of cars and make them lighter.
It just makes sense to have a bare bones car for a lower price, then add on if you want more crap around the frame...
They do need to make a coupe version though. The biggest drawback of being open to the elements isn’t being addressed here.
